I am currently based in Chelmsford (Essex) and Glemsford (Suffolk), so I cover the following broad areas as shown in the map:

- Cambridgeshire
- East London
Mileage is included in most package prices for areas 1h drive from Chelmsford and Glemsford both and less than 50 miles from both.
For instance: Chelmsford, Maldon, Clacton on Sea, Colchester, Felixstowe, Ipswich, Hadleigh, Sudbury, Haverhill, Cambridge, Bishop Stotford, Halstead or Braintree.
Other areas
Other areas can be included in the mileage if we agree on a regular appointment day when I am in the area. These are:
Areas south of Chelmsford (Essex) for weekend appointments: Harlow, Epping, Chigwell, Romford, Ilford, Barking, Breentwood, Hornchurch, Grays, Tilbury, Southend, Southmisnter, Basildon, Billericay or Wickford.
Or areas north of Glemsford (Suffolk) for Tuesdays pm and Fridays am appointments: Newmarket, Bury and St Edmonds, Stowmarket.
Why this complex arrangement?
This is because my partner and I spend half of the week caring for my mother in law in Chelmsford (Essex) who has advanced dementia. We feel privileged to be in this position that allows for a lot of quality time as a family. The rest of the time we live in Glemsford (Suffolk).
Little fact about me: I used to work as a carer in care homes during my years as a student midwife in the UK to finance some of my studies. But now my partner does the caring with his mum and he is brilliant at it.
